Ever wonder where that original default Tumblr background came from? The one you used to see on all the Tumblr blogs but that has silently faded away into an oblivion with the introduction of the Theme Garden.
Well, I’m kind of assuming here, but I’m thinking it came from the awesome Squidfingers pattern repository.

They just updated the Tumblr homepage. Unfortunatly, the radar looks the same. It doesn’t reflect the changes made to the homepage :/
I’m crossing my fingers that they don’t come out with a new dashboard….you’ll see why in the coming days :)
